WalMart Commercial shown on "Countdown" a few minutes ago |
|
...featuring this grinning "actor" that tells us how he BOUGHT A HOUSE while on "active duty" in the military (no branch specified), and how he owes this all to WalMart, where he's worked for 8 years.
Am I the only cynical bastard among us who QUESTIONS THIS ridiculous bullshit?
I'd like to SEE the kind of house a WalMart worker in the military can AFFORD.

2. Well, a nice house.... |

The problem is, he probably didn't buy it. He probably borrowed it. With no money down, and 30 years hard labor or they take it away.
Helps to have some perspective.

I pulled the plug about halfway through the first segment of BS about some idiot who jumped off one of the upper balconies in a stadium during a baseball game.

7. I saw a Vomit commercial the other day talking about how someone |

worked at Walmart & got help when they were very sick. A woman this time. Don't know if the commercial originated in Canada. But aren't they cutting back hours of employees so that they don't have to pay health care?
