It's almost 2 am here on the Central Coast, and it's nice to know I have the company of other like-minded insomniac DUers. I posted Will Pitt's earlier bulletin (flatbed truck, harrassment from cop cars) to friends here, who will see it in the morning.

I hope to get some sleep tonight, and I'm supposed to be writing a course description for a class I'm going to teach next January, but I keep checking the threads at DU to see if there's any more word from Crawford.

I hope our folks are getting a bit of rest before the dawn. Cindy is a courageous soul indeed.

I'm up. I am worried about her, but I don't think she'll be arrested.

That would be a really stupid political move for Bush. But, then again, we've seen him make numerous stupid political moves.

I'm up because I am excited, and I can't remember the last time I felt so optimistic for our future. I am catching up on all of the threads I've missed. I am worried about her health. She is running fever and has a sore throat and isn't seeing a doctor.
