I had no doubt he would be there, but he wasn't only the original list of 16 who signed this.

Sam's the best! He doesn't get a lot of national press, but he works tirelessly for local issues (right now to keep the Defense Language Institute and Naval Postgrad School from being closed or moved) and always throws his support behind the national issues that matter.
