What happened is that someone took the fight to Bush. Most of the time the opposition (any opposition, anywhere in the world, I think) only reacts to what those in power do. Most of that is talk. Some of that is action, but it's almost always reacting to prior facts. So the opposition plays the rigged game of the gvt.

What Cindy has done is she acted first - now Bush is left to "react", and he has no good move.
