5. That kid is Tim Goodrich-
Edited on Thu Aug-11-05 05:50 PM by BeHereNow
He is one of the Iraq Veterans Against the War founders
I met him in Santa Monica at a Military Families Speak Out
dinner that Nancy and Charlie organized.
He and his friend Dante Zappala are AMAZING young people.
CUTE as hell too.

There is a smoking gun right here in camp.

It has been reported that the US started bombing Iraqi sites well before the so-called diplomacy was completed, to deplete Iraq's war capabilities, and also to goad Saddam into a war. For many, this is prima facie evidence of a war crime.

Tim Goodrich, Air Force veteran here in camp, participated in that bombing while in Iraq. We have an interview with him which will be up later today.

13. Yeah, I saw that on the TO blog, can't wait
to see it!
Seriously, Tim is a force to be reckoned with-
Eloquent and clear headed- TOTALLY above
reproach by the frothing right wing because
he served his time and is now very clear about
why he does not support the war based on his
EXPERIENCE and knowledge about it-
Much more than any Fox-addicted freeper can claim
to KNOW about the situation.

2. That info was in the Downing Street Memos.
But I believe Air Force personnel were in Crawford today telling Cindy and others that they personally were involved in flying sorties and bombing strategic positions.

4. He heard of entire units voting for John Kerry
Edited on Thu Aug-11-05 05:47 PM by Kurovski
because they were "so pissed off at Bush."

He says he had voted for Bush in 2000 because Bush/Cheney claimed to be for the military.

11. Just more proof the administration was going in
no matter what.

Bush/Cheney lie # 1,729: "War will be a last resort."
