hypothetically if I were arrested for participaring in a sit in at sayyyyyyyy, McCains office......inside........can the court order that I refrain from participating in further protests until such time that I am found guilty/not guilty?
I mean when I am O.R.'d can they keep me from near future protests?
Thanks for any help regarding this

2. I'm not a lawyer but it seems to me that... |
|
"innocent until proven guilty" would apply.

unless you open your mouth. But, they are pretty sharp at recognizing a pattern. I'd give even money you'll get some kind of admonishment.

I might get arrested soon for expressing my 1st amendment rights, but need to be on hand in the near future and was wondering if my sentencing would be worse if I were to express my 1st amendment rights again and it were to get me in a bit of trouble again.
The problem isnt getting arrested in the 1st place because frankly I dont give a crap......it's being able to resume.

And this is not legal advise because I am not a lawyer... but what I told you earlier today is correct. Why don't you just do this outside? Public property is public property. We need you more outside and as free as possible, and if you were to get in trouble the second time there would be no OR release, and there would be no bail. Standard conditions of release are usually that you don't hang around with the people that are accused of helping you get into trouble in the first place. Rethink this hypothetical plan.
