Lonsberry TOAST: clear channel fires RW host over racist remarks

Yes!! Local RW radio talk show host Bob Lonsberry (aka ned flanders), finally gets the boot over racist remarks he made a few weeks ago. (He called our mayor a monkey and an orangatang(sp)).

He had been suspended and sent to "diversity training", but I think when he went after the black community leaders today (Rev Graves and Rev Goff) with his online column, it was the straw that broke the camel's back:

John Zieglar was making sexist and almost off-color statements about a woman he dated a while back. Clear Channel got rid of his a** too and even more funny was his former "friends" immeadately turning their collective backs on him just after he got fired.

4. There was a radio host fired here in Atlanta recently too.

A Dean volunteer was on the air being interviewed, and after the interview was over, apparently some regular "character" called in and accused Dean of molesting him as a child. I guess it was supposed to be a joke, but way over the line.

Guy's name was Mike Rose if I recall.
