2. He started C-SPAN

I have few facts. He is a Hoosier. Was in the Navy.

Over the years I am impressed that his outfit has been scrupulously non-partisan. I have also seen that disputed. Right wingers think he is liberal. Lefties think he is conservative.

I've never seen him do anything to tip his hand.

What I do think is that putting the government on TV is a liberal concept.

You guys dont know Brian Lamb, he is one big Republican.

Did you know he was the guy at C-SPAN who switched the phone lines from Democrat, Republican, Independent, to support the president, oppose the president etc.

One friday morning Brian got mad because he took calls on the Republican line and they said negative things about Bush. So he switched all the phone lies for all the call in shows at C-SPAN.

He did this only after Bush got elected, it was done to stop Democrats from calling in on the Republican line and saying negative things about Bush. Yet during the 8 years Clinton was president Brian let Republicans call in on the Democrat line and pretend to be Democrats and trash Clinton.

I wrote Brian an e-mail once asking him to explain why he changed the phone lines for Bush after he let Republicans do it for 8 years to Clinton.

Guess what, I never got an answer, duh.

Brian = Republican

7. Can only watch occasionally now.
Yeah, I remember those years of "I'm a Democrat and I think Clinton is a Scum."

I think Brian is a rightie pulling the Lamb's wool over the viewer's eyes.

8. I agree, he is clearly biased
He usually cuts off Dem callers real quick. You can see the disgust forming in his eyes when someone says something bad about Bush. Although, lately he seems to have loss a few Repug... points?

Did anyone see the show today where someone said Bush got 55 million votes, and then Brian smugly corrected the caller saying, "actually I think it was 60 million votes for the president."

9. He seems fair to me.
I like Brian Lamb but there are some here that think he's right wing. I think he's neutral.

12. I think he definitely leans right wing.
I've seen him cut too many callers off who weren't pro Bush. I don't particularly like him.
