Hypothetical: If Clark Gets Nominated and Selects a Progressive Veep
Would those who lump Clark in with the DLCers continue with the charges?

1. of course they would
they need something to bitch about

I hate to say it, but there are plenty of fair-weather Dems out there and on this board as well.

If their candidate doesn't get the nomination, they're going to take their toys and go home.

3. He will have to go with a liberal VP
And it would also help to shore up his base if he picked a non-white or a woman. My ideas: Mary Landrieu, Debbie Stabenow, John Lewis, Janet Napolitano, Bill Richardson.

5. Oh, how I long for the old-school Green/Dem (flame)bait.
It had a firmer texture, and much more pleasant bouquet.

7. Rangel endorses him, and he is now a conservative.

That is what I have learned at DU.

I swear to you that I've read, more than once now, that Charlie Rangel is a "conservative Democrat", that's why he likes Clark.

So if Clark wins the nom and chooses ....stinkin....I dunno...Maxine Waters, I bet she's going to become a sellout, DLC, whatever.

Some people don't like Clark that much.
