Question about Cindy ...

Where is she from? I'm ashamed to say I've never considered it a point of interest, but I read someone earlier suggesting she run for office in California.

And then, just now, she was shown on the local OKC news (which was pleasantly shocking in and of itself), and the talking head referred to her "trip from Oklahoma" to Crawford to protest. A brief segment showing her speaking had a graphic that read "OK Mother's Son Lost in Iraq," OWTTE.

Icasualties.org shows that Casey was from California. Did Cindy ever live in Oklahoma, or is this just another example of a news station not being able to report its way out of a paper sack?

FWIW, the segment didn't show the counter-protest, but did indicate a opponent to Cindy's protest said that Texas was "Bush Country," and she needed to get out.

1. Vacaville California
Not real sure where in California that is, but everything I've read and heard says that she's from Vacaville. And the hell with those who say she should get out. She is an American who still believes in freedom. Unlike the people in charge.

3. Thanks ...

That's what I thought. Before I irritated them once again with one of my sarcatisc commentaries on their news coverage, I wanted to get my facts in order.

6. KOCO - Channel 5

It was unintentional that I was watching. :-) I had it there because I'd been watching the weather, and all of a sudden I heard Cindy's name.

Kinda nice, even if they screwed it up.

Cindy lives in Vacaville ca .It is by Sacremento.
She grew up in La.
Altho she has a home in Vacaville she is rarely there. She has been on the road for a yr fighting for us to end this war.
She has 2 dogs and cats and they miss her very much and 3 special children who

support her and miss her.Her daughters might join her next weekend. At this point Cindy isnt sure as we all know none of us know what tomorrow might bring.
Support Cindy in any way you can from forwarding an email, lighting a candle, giving donations, sending flowers, and thank the Crawford peace
house and all the people that volunteer there and especially John Wolf
they are such a big part of this.If you can send them a donation that would be great
