Republicans Chant "We Don't Care" At Cindy Sheehan
Edited on Sun Aug-14-05 12:47 PM by Spiffarino
Just how much more stupid and awful can these people get?

"This is why we no longer reach across the damn aisle to these people.

"Conservative knucklehead and radio host Mike Gallagher gathered a group of like-minded troglodytes and headed over to the Bush compound in Crawford to harass Cindy Sheehan and her group last night.

"As Ms. Sheehan and the "Camp Casey" protesters sang America The Beautiful or stood quietly, the right-wing group chanted "we don't care" at the mother who lost her son, Casey, to Bush's war in Iraq."

Link here, with a picture of the head jerkoff...

Camp Casey bloggers: What's the story here? Did you see these idiots?

Note: Sorry if this is a dupe, but I couldn't find it after several searches.

3. Slight correction in story
I think the Yellow Dog posted a correction later that, as luck would have it Cindy was not actually there so at least she didn't have to listen to these scumbags. She came back shortly thereafter and there were parents of others who died in Iraq there, but at least Cindy didn't have to hear it.

4. A confrontation was noted on CNN, are there any threads about that?
<<Tensions flared Saturday at the protest site outside Bush's ranch, with one heated exchange between a Bush supporter and a veteran who opposes the war in Iraq. When the veteran shouted about his war experiences and yelled, "I earned the right to be here!" several of his fellow protesters pulled him away as he sobbed and his knees buckled.>>

9. Of course not...
...none of them, none of their family members, or none of their political leaders was ever in the military. They don't understand what it means to die for a lie.

6. Newsflash: Republican actually tells the truth!
In a rare show of truthfulness, Mike Gallagher and friends chanted "we don't care" to Cindy Sheehan.

Nice of them to confirm why we loathe them so very much.

7. Yep they don't care so much, that they...
...got off their fat doritos eating asses and left their double wides and took a sick day from Wal-mart and took a trip to Crawford TX (probably the farthest any of these freaks has been away from their home), to TELL her how much they don't care.:eyes:

12. I wonder if the dude could possibly have chosen a worse slogan to chant,
given the context. Of course the idiot followers would chant whatever they were told to.

14. Nope, he couldn't have chosen a worse slogan to chant!
Karl Rove is probably giving him an earful about that little faux pas right now. After all, you aren't supposed to actually SAY that...

16. "I don't care" is a meme on his radio show
Check out his website if you can stand it. I'm not providing a link, lest he get any undeserved traffic but suffice it to say, this guy is the lowest form of schlock-radio scum.
