Is anyone making any sort of "contingency" plans for the |
|
upcoming "nuclear terror drill" next week or the rumors in September? If so, what kinds of contingency plans are you making?

2. Not starting a new diet. |

The thing about all the former CIA directors getting together sorta worries me too. Anybody have anthing new on that? Scheduled for same day as 'terror drill' last I heard. Are they being rounded up by the bad spooks or the good spooks?

7. I don't know what to think. |
|
To me it is very highly "tinfoil" and I highly doubt anything will happen, but I don't want to get caught unprepared, just in case. I've stocked up on drinking water, pet food, canned food, diapers and am keeping the car filled up with gas. As I posted before, I've been saving the liquid detergent bottles and filling them up with water and stocking up on them. Makes a nice soapy water--that way I can rinse out clothes or whatever in case of the worst case scenario. I've stocked up on matches and bought some firewood, candles and charcoal lighter. I've given another DU'er my personal info so that if the worst happens we can create some type of network hopefully. Like I said--I'm not sure what to make of it--but I would hate to be wrong.

5. I'm a scout, always prepared |

Got earthquake prepared yrs ago and am just ready for whatever. No contingency plans since I'm not expecting anything to happen. If it does, remember to tell me "told you so".

Makes me think especially after a cosmic friend who knows nothing of political current events talked of 8/24. Made me wonder.

we had an ice storm a few years ago that shut the town down for weeks. So, I can feel justified in having some stuff prepared for an emergency of any sort--just did it this week, lol. I feel very tin foily-y, but hey, would rather be prepared than not.
