Has anyone else thought about this? |

The CA recall is a two-parter. Vote on the recall then vote on a replacement for Davis.
If one votes "no" on the recall and then votes for a gubernatorial candidate (you know it's going to happen) is that a spoiled ballot that will then be thrown out?
What if you don't vote on the recall but do vote for governor?
Will this be Florida Redux?

You can vote No and then vote on a candidate (thats never been in question)
You can also skip the recall part and vote for a governor only.
