Freeper word is that Bustamante is a racist |
|
and that's why Ah-nold is ahead in the polls. At least that's what I heard from my ultra freeper mother.
Watching news right now isn't good for my health. Could someone explain exactly HOW it is that Dems went from being ahead to being behind in Cali so quickly?

The poll is bogus. And calling Bustamente a racist is their way of saying the freepers shouldn't vote for him because he is Latino
It a Freeper world out there!

9. Bustamante's membership in Mecha or whatever killed him with whites |
|
killed him dead. "The word" was that in college Bustamante was in a group that advocated Mexico "take back" California, and had some rather harsh rhetoric against white people in general.
Bustamante just tried to ignore it and they passed it around on the internet. Republicans are on the offensive on race issues, and we'd better wake up quickly.

13. Faked polls...look at the sampling size |
|
Huge publicity attached to polls that shouldn't be published at all because the sampling size is too small. The RW does this so that people will think there is no point in coming out to vote. It's one of their very old tricks.

17. Sigh...I heard something my mother probably heard through Faux News. |
|
And she went to her brother (my uncle to confirm it). My uncle was the Director of the Bureau of Engraving and Printing through the Reagan and Bush years. He ended up making a shift from centrist (possibly left leaning) to freeper.
Barf.
I was hoping there might be one person in my family with whom I could discuss these matters.
I'm still voting no on the f-ing recall. And probably "yes" on Bustamante.
I'm furious with the Republicans.
