RE: The recent string of leaks and speculations on LIHOP/MIHOP and Iran...
There has been much to do lately about Cheney, the Pentagon, Iran, nukes, Generals getting fired for a reason (but not the one they told us) etc...

While many of the pieces of this puzzle may fit together quite nicely (which is scary), other parts are inserted rather awkwardly. The one I want to specifically address is the August 17th "exercise" with nukes in Charleston SC. While many of us know of the 9/11 and 7/7 "exercises" as well, this doesn't mean that it fits into this puzzle. There are much more credible leaks and info that have come from the government, such as the "gas truck bombs" that no one can explain WHY they think this might happen soon. They even admit that they have no specific intelligence to suggest this would happen soon or at all.

So I suggest everyone take a deep breath and keep investigating this neo-con puzzle, but don't let fear rule. Keep using your brains to look for alternative possibilities.

1. Indeed, Sir, Fear Should Not Rule
There will be no nuclear attack on U.S. soil this Wednesday.

There will be no coup by the U.S, military against the present regime.

5. if we have to look at "exercises" like this there's a real problem
And the problem is that this government is so dangerous it needs to be contained. We shouldn't have to live in fear of false flag attacks by the government happening under cover of "exercises."

The problem is not the fear, it's the government.

6. I believe the warnings about "truck bombs". . .
are a pre-emptive move against the possibility of wildcat trucker strikes and demonstrations over the escalating cost of gas.

Oh, the threat is directed against us all, but only in the sense that the truckers will be hamstrung to effectively mount a protest.

7. yeah, gas prices are starting to piss off everyone, what better way to
misdirect the anger than to have a terrorist use gas trucks as weapons! That would allow them to keep the blame for high gas prices on "terrorists" even though they were high and going up way before those attacks happened.

sigh
