Republican Bizarro World is a place of strange and confusing contradictions where treason is celebrated as patriotism, war hailed as peace, and cruelty praised as compassion. This photographer was lucky to escape Republican Bizarro World with his sanity intact.

Bizarro World Thought Providers engage in a constant and disturbingly successful campaign of distortion and misinformation to convince their eager subjects of the most absurd notions and ideas. Below are just a few photographs smuggled out of this strange land, labeled as the Bizarro Republicans would describe them.

86. Ian_RD - This is really a great job!

I was wondering if you'd allow these pics to be "packaged" into a screensaver slideshow.

It looks like everyone's really wild about your slideshow - it might be nice if they could also download it and put it on their machine like this as a screen saver.

To see how this would work, I downloaded the free software "IrfanView" (for Windows). It has a function called "slideshow" (in the File menu) where you can take a bunch of pics and create a slideshow from them - either a an EXE file (which you have to double-click to open) or a screen-saver (an SCR file - which fires up automatically when your screen is idle for a while). I downloaded all your pics into a folder and then made a 2 slideshows out of them - one as an EXE program, and one as an SCR screensaver.

(Note: When I tried this on my machine, the screensaver version stopped running after about a dozen pics - but the EXE program version ran fine. To quit the program version, you hit ESC - the Escape key. IrfanView is probably not the only slideshow/screensaver maker out there for Windows - and I'm sure there's free programs out there for the Mac as well. Someone also mentioned Flash as a possibility.)
