Bush says war is noble - Cindy Sheehan says her son died for a lie.. |
|
Who is telling the truth? Take that to the American people and see what they say. I have a hunch they will say Bush is lying again. The war is not noble. It was a mistake. To accuse Cindy Sheehan of putting our troops in harms way by speaking out, is to excuse George W Bush for putting them into harms way by deceiving Congress and the people. Which is worse, freepers, which is worse?

2. This war was no mistake. A lie, a bait-and-switch, a con, yes.... |
|
but no mistake. They wanted it and they got what they wanted. It ushered in the 2002 midterm winners and the 2004 Presidential election. It put bases in Iraq. It put the treasury of the US in the pockets of Halliburton, et al.
Mission Accomplished!

4. The war was not a mistake. It was one of the biggest crimes |
|
or treason committed in the history of this country.
Benedict Arnold will be looked back upon as a minor character of history when compared to Bush/Cheney and company.
That some of the most miserable human beings possible could have seized control of this country (twice) is an indictment of our electoral system. And we either change that system before the next presidential election, or we will forever be ruled by the kind of scum presently in power.
