Where is Iraq oil going .... I thought that the oil was going to help
rebuild Iraq and we would be getting oil cheaper...WHAT HAPPENED???

1. I think that they are having a little trouble with the pipelines
It seems that as soon as they fix them, somebody blows them up.

Anyway, it's all about who owns/controls the oil, not about immediate profit. The taxpayers or the US are taking care of that for the mean time.
