Global warming strikes in a big way in BC
(BC-Lost-Salmon)
More than 11-(m)-million sockeye salmon were expected to return to the Fraser River this summer -- but only 100-thousand did.
And some scientists believe rising ocean temperatures could be to blame.
The Department of Fisheries pins ocean temperatures at two-to-five degrees higher than normal for the salmon.
But Fisheries manager Paul Ryall says it's too early to give up hope the salmon won't return. (B

1. So many strange things happening..
Not only politically, but in Nature. Red tides, salmon not spawning, seals and elephants attacking humans, giant squid normally found 1200 feet down washing themselves up on shore.... Very very strange. My mother thinks it's "The End Times," scary.
