10. I'm a Mets fan but I always though it was funny that at Yankee Stadium
they play New York, New York after every game; but if it's a loss they play the Liza Minelli Version instead of Frank.

At Shea they play New York State of Mind.

13. I'm a Yankee fan but I spent my early childhood in Da Bronx
I'm willing to extend the truce of sports rivalry that I shared with so many Red Sox fans during election season being that unimporant shit like that aside for the most part New Yorkers and Bostonians have a shared hatred of neo con policies.

18. I admire you guys so much. You have had enough of this bullshit and
your sick of it. Are you guys ready for Sept 24th and 25th protests? I hope people from all over the World come. You are just what was needed to show those bastards screaming at Cindy, a mother who has lost her child in an illegal war, and scream "WE DON'T CARE." Yeah, Christians are not what they use to be.

Hell, we knew that the right doesn't care. Because if they did care, they would be fighting the injustices of the Bush administration and call for the impeachment of a man who has totally ruined this country. I better stop before I get on a real rant.

You guys are what America is about. It's not to stand out there and scream hate at someone, but to get out there and ask for the truth. At least we Democrats do not attack them for their beliefs. Did we go to Florida when they were using Terri Schiavo for their own agendas. Bush made time for them, but he cannot give Cindy an hour.

Limpballs was an uber fool today. It was sickening, and I've got it all on tape. I just have to edit it down. He claims Michael Moore and moveon.org and mediamatters.com are supporting this. Cindy has always been an antiwar activist and (this is what got me . . .

SHE AND THOSE PEOPLE WITH HER ARE NOTHING MORE THAN SQUATTERS IN A DITCH.

If I were near that man, I would have bitch slapped him across the room. There is really so, so much more this idiot said today.

I wish there were somewhere on DU where I could upload the sound bites from Limpballs. I'll try to make a quick site to upload them and will post the URL for anyone that wants to listen.

I admire the heck out of all of you. You are true patriots.

20. I already have my hotel room booked for DC
and when it comes to tying Cindy to Move On, Common Dreams, Huffington, Moore, et al... we need to get out in front of this. This tactic is less about discrediting Cindy than trying to put the idea in peoples heads that these groups are on the fringe; they are not. They stand for truth, open government, social sanity and the Constitution of th U.S.

27. Exactly right. The right want her to start getting "political" more so
then sticking with her questions regarding her son. The right seem to think that if she starts getting political, then they can say they were right about not seeing her. She has to stick to Casey, the questions she has for Bush, and leave the politics of the Democratic party out of it.

28. Great photos, and it looks like a great gathering! Thanks for
sharing!

I live in Westchester Co. and was thinking of coming down but as the fates have it, my car's engine died yesterday. I might not even be able to get to a candlelight vigil this Wednesday, and so I really appreciate seeing the photos a whole bunch.
