It sounds like they need replacements as well as adding to; to make the total match the casualty count. Since they are moving anyway; how about a drive to make the needed crosses or a fund set up to pay for just that? Are they setting up a separate fund at the Peace House for this? I'd be willing to do this as well as donate; I feel helpless. Anyone on this?

It would have to have a fallen soldier's name on it. The mailing could include some sort of message to the resident* about his war.
Are you in the DU activist corps? We should get this out on the internets.
