Think the overturning Roe V. Wade is our only problem? |
|
In reality, RW'ers want to do a lot of things.
Overturn Roe V. Wade - Will give States the right to ban abortion and contraceptives.
Overturn Lawrence V. Texas - Will allow the return of 'Sodomy' Laws. This means that GLBT people can be thrown in prison.
Overturn Miranda V. Arizona - Police Officers will now have the 'right' to not tell people that they are arresting that they have the right to remain silent, that they have the right to an Attorney, etc. (This will result in a lot more false convictions)

1. How about Griswold v. Connecticut. |
|
That will be the kicker. That will also assure us of the White House and the Congress for years and years.
