I wear jackets and tops that I hope will streamline my bulge. Cheney's belly has grown and he's trying to hide it. Also his face is heavier and his stance shows no authority. He looks physically ill.

Jon Stewart of the Daily Show recently showed a picture of Cheney sitting on a low curb. His legs were splayed and there was definitely something funny going on inside one of his pants legs. Very strange.
