How do you read DU?

I'm just interested to know how DUers go about DUing things.

Though I guess since this is a GD thread some groups will be underrepresented. I'm not going to spam this thread across multiple groups though, as that would be impolite.

1. Here's me....

Mostly read random stuff off the latest page, and play in the Lounge. Occasionally venture into CT and MA state forums...

4. I start out in LBN and then go to GD

then GDP, check my posts, visit the lounge and back to LBN. I lurk a lot in LBN because I don't have a lot of time to read various news sources, so it is great that all the news is in one place.

LBN is what brought me to DU in the first place because I am a news junkie.

I also visit the cooking and baking group. Those guys can really cook.

Rinse and repeat.

Can you tell that I spend way too much time here when I should be working?

but also dip into the Grateful Dead, Music Appreciation, and Skeptics groups.
Also the Science, Writing, and Florida forums.
Very occasionally, I'll hit many of the other issue-specific forums, such as Drug Policy, Energy, Gun Control, Elections 06&08, etc.

As for forums, Animal Rights is pretty much the only one I regularly visit.

I then move to the latest and often after work I slip into the lounge.

I don't post much, but my day is listening to progressive radio and checking out almost every post on DU.

19. latest all the way

haven't posted in a long time...serious illness for husband and helping out other family members...but i do check DU 6-10 times a day..it is what keeps me in the know..i also tell everyone i meet about DU..

but I do specific searches check a few forums and groups, then just hang on the latest page.

I have like 12 hours to kill most days.
