Randi Rhodes: Navy Medic says 60% Iraqis have no water
and those in the minority who are lucky enough to have electricity is only for three hours every other day(?).

Medics were not allowed to FEED the kids, who he mentioned looked like they were starving and suffering from malnutrition.

He and other troops tried to break in the food 'pantry' and they weren't able to so they would save their rations and food left over from meals for the kids.

He said medics were told not to treat any women and children UNLESS they witnessed them being wounded??

The caller said it's a war zone and the people are victims of this war zone merely because they are Iraqis. Not to mention the troops who are stuck in the war zone as well and are being given orders like the ones mentioned.

This is liberation?

Randi noted it's "planned chaos".
