1. It is an interview that was taped yesterday afternoon.
He will discuss terrorism, Israel-Palestin, how he would handle terrorism. He says that he wouldn't have cut taxes, so there would be money to improve port security.

2. Says he thinks that Wesley Clark is a very good guy,

that's he talked to him alot, but he doesn't "think that we need a republican to defeat this president". (Sigh) Says he agrees with Senator Kennedy, but doesn't know what the reason could be to go to war in Iraq. Says that the struggle in Iraq is endangering us in other places in the world. Says Dick Gephardt is just throwing mud about him supporting Gingrich.

3. He says that the Democratic congress of the 1990s was too far to
the left. He said all they did was spend money. There was no budget control, they weren't even cooperating with their own President. Says we need to be even-handed re: Israel and Palestine. He wants to bring peace to the Middle East and he says that opponents are trying to drive a wedge between him and Jewish voters because he is the front-runner. Says he supports what Clinton did. Says he wants health care for everyone and jobs.

4. "weren't even cooperating with their own President". - Dean is correct
We had 2 years to do something - and all we got was a budget - barely - with a tax increase - that turned around the economy.

All the social issues we killed because Clinton would not go as far left as some in the party wanted.

Sounds a bit like the campaign this year of some of the 10 - at least to my ears.
