Looking for that Condi quote about 9/11

I'm trying to show some "friends" that smirk's admin dropped the ball with preventing "9/11". I've got the infamous PDB "Bin Laden Determined..." and the 9/11 Commission Report has some other boo-boos, but they did omit other things. For one, I am sure that I read that some important gov't execs or reps were told to cancel their flights on Sept 11 as a precaution?

I remember Condi Rice saying that if they knew that terrorists would fly planes into buildings, they would have acted to stop it.

But I also seem to remember her saying something about "traditional" hijackings. Something along the lines that the govt figured if terrorists would ever use our planes, it would be for a "traditional" hijacking.
