4. I'm curious, too.
He is an interesting character. He and his wife were anti-war people with an interesting message in the Nixon era. Although they are not high profile, they have remained true to their deeply held beliefs.

7. When I spoke to Paula at CPH earlier she told me the people I
needed to talk with were all busy getting ready for a press conference, so one can only assume.
