The issues of terror, nuke and WMD intelligence not being shared, not being passed on to other agencies, of investigators being thwarted in their investigations (IE: Rowley, John P. O'Niel), of obstruction in intelligence gathering and analysis (IE: Edmonds and the FBI translation Dept.) and of the complicity in allowing gov't officials in the deliberate shaping/directing/deleting of intelligence/investigations for partisan political purposes is, I believe, evidence of a systematic infiltration of our intelligence and law enforcement infrastructure by elements of a fringe criminal/political radical group intent on global control going back to the time of the Ford administration and probably before. My guess is it's not the Democrats.

9 August 2005
AMSTERDAM — The CIA asked the Netherlands not to detain Pakistani scientist Dr Abdul Qadeer Khan for stealing nuclear secrets from a Dutch facility, former Prime Minister Ruud Lubbers has claimed.
Speaking on Dutch radio programme Argos on Tuesday morning, Lubbers said the Dutch authorities held off from taking action against Khan in 1975 and 1986 because the US security agency wanted to gain more information about the scientist's activities.

In early 1976, Khan left the Netherlands with secret Urenco blueprints for an uranium centrifuge. He was convicted in absentia by a court in the Netherlands in 1983 for stealing the designs. The conviction was later overturned on a technicality.
