What's a good website to teach one how to do a good business plan ? |
|
I've heard about business plans for years but have never actually done one. I'm opening my own "consulting" firm (being vague to avoid freeper problems). Any recommendations ?

1. Complete a Porter Model |

and, if you're thorough enough, what you need to do falls out from what you've entered. http://www.brs-inc.com/porter.asp
