Compare Clinton to Bush on Haiti policy
I see a lot of threads bashing former President Clinton and saying he is a Republican but take a look at this. President Clinton at least restored elected officials to office abroad..he didn't try overthrowing them.

1. Look into this more deeply
and what you will find is that Clinton simply donned the costume and played the act. Aristide was strangled by the policies of the Clintonites and the only reason Willie 'put Aristide back in power', how generous of the master, was that it was becoming a political problem. Clinton totally capitulated to the dictates of the IMF and World Bank when it came to Haiti- and everywhere else for that matter.
