A question about the RWers heading to Crawford |
|
I heard that the trip was organized by "Move America Forward" ... are they an "independent" group or do they have direct connections to the RNC?
In other words ... are they simply a group of citizens who disagree with Cindy or are they just another GOP "shill" group that's been manufactured for a photo op (like the Bush* "supporters" at his rallies).

1. They are about as g.o.p. shill as you can get. They're run by one of the |
|
g.o.p. "hit" pr companies. I believe they had DIRECT ties to the swift boat liars as wells as several other attack campaigns. Group of conservative-minded independent citizens? Not a snowballs chance in hell.

6. there is an entire r.w. support-type infrastructure in place. The p.r. |

firms, the neocon think tanks. Couple that with controlling 85% of major mass media in this country, and you can create just about any reality you want to. Most of the underlying infrastructure was pretty much conceived and descended from the nixon years. Several of the old school traitors lamented they could have gotten away with it if they'd only controlled the media. They learned quickly. The technique was put into play with raygun and bush*1. bush2* is the big enchilada. If it were a bad movie (which it almost is), it would be bush2: the payoff.
Look at how many of the old tricky dick boys are in bush2*'s misadministration. same gang was in raygun and bush1*.

8. I know that, but since Cindy is inspiring so much emotion ... |
|
I was wondering if it could be a "real" protest ... silly me. :silly:

13. i'm sure there is legitimate conservative support for something like |
|
this, however, EACH AND EVERY indicator now shows a clear majority of Americans are not happy with bush* or the situation in Iraq. You might be able to conjure up some of the faithful with a "support the troops" campaign, but not if you tried the "support the president." Now we're even seeing some of the hardcore flagwavers get skittish when it comes to the "support the president" issue. Wouldn't you. I mean, after all...

12. Ben Ginsburg is often identified with this group |
|
when on Hardball. He is the epitome of a GOP hatchett man. Move America Forward may try to sound like a group of concerned citizens but make no mistake, they are a clandestine group consisting of the worst of the worst of GOP operatives. We think Rove is bad (and he is), but there are plenty that operate in the shadows that are far worse.

9. not to mention some of the white-boy, texas, petroleum mafia... |
|
rainwater, harlan crow, the hunts. the list just goes on and on. There are several national-class p.r. firms, one in texas, one on the west coast that exist to do the 'puke "wet" p.r. work. You know, the kind where you ferment and spread lies, impugn characters, ect. The whole strategy is to ALWAYS focus the attention away from the issue. ALWAYS. Focus on the messenger. These people are pros. Take the *meme*: why do they hate America or the troops or Gawd. Instead of having to actually deal with an issue or answer a question, attack the questioner.
