Construction work continues at the Members Lodge and Spa Thursday Aug. 18, 2005, at the Tamarack Resort near Donnelly, Idaho, which is scheduled for completion in 2006. Donnelly, a tiny 132-soul highway town to be visited Monday by President Bush, is far from wilderness. The new ski and golf resort has been carved from a mountainside nearby, and investors have flocked to the region as the median price of a home has risen by 116 percent in the past year.
