Bush didn’t lie

Sunday, August 21, 2005

“What’s worse — steroids or war?” by Pat Long is not a complete picture of what is going on. Our country went to war in Iraq, along with other countries, under the belief there were WMD.

To compare steroids to war is ludicrous. By our invasion we were able to free the people in Iraq from a horrible dictator and mass graves. Wasn’t the site of mass graves of human beings enough of a reason to invade? President Bush did not lie. How hard is it for people to fathom that Iraq could have moved the WMD out of the country before the invasion? President Bush has proven to be a good, honest, compassionate man — unlike a prior president who did lie instead of admit fault initially.

While all might not agree with the invasion of Iraq, let’s not forget the people and their freedom in Iraq. If you listen to liberal news media, then all you’ll hear is the bad side. Try out Fox News Channel cable station. They’re fair and balanced, and you’ll get to hear both sides — if you choose to hear it.

4. HA!
Try out Fox News Channel cable station. They’re fair and balanced, and you’ll get to hear both sides also look up at the sky once in a while and you will see that it is consistently hot pink with lime green clouds, not BLUE with white clouds like those liberals will try to tell you.

P.S. 2+2=5

7. Dear Patricia,
I am so glad that you pointed out that comparing steroids to war is ludicrous, it gives me a starting point to make some comparasins that you may understand. To equate lying about marital infidelity (aka a blow job) with lying about the following:
1. Our reason for going to war
2. The cost of said war
3. The length of time of aforementioned war
4. *insert Iraq war lie here*
is as ludicrous as comparing war to steroids. As for your assertion that Bush is good, honest and compassionate, I can only conclude that since you are a faithful FOX news viewer, your head is now so far up your own ass that you are going mad from lack of oxygen (and you probably think that Saddam had something to do with 9/11). Have another glass of Kool-Aid you poor delusional, decieved soul. The democrats will make sure you recieve adequate health care in whatever loony bin you end up in after bushCo goes bust.

Sincerely,
A proud member of the TRUE majority.

9. This statement makes me laugh.
"How hard is it for people to fathom that Iraq could have moved the WMD out of the country before the invasion?"

That is the most illogical claim ever. I'm sure if the USA were threatened with an attack, the first thing we would think of is to send our weapons to Canada.
Sheesh!

10. And we've replaced the dictator and mass graves with...
A dictatorial foreign regime and bodies everywhere, mass graves or otherwise, many burned or blown up beyond recognition. Oh, and no power or water after over two years of occupation.

Yep, that's some improvement Ms. Greager

11. No doubt this woman probably was screaming bloody murder in 1998
when Bill Clinton lied about a private sexual affair that was none of our business.

Stick another person in the "to be written off" category.

Edited on Sun Aug-21-05 04:23 AM by fujiyama
why doesn't she go there and help rebuild it? I sure hope her son or grandson is over there.

I wish we could just drop these stupid people into Iraq and let them deal with the security situation. Let them see what it's like dealing with random explosions all the time from terrorists that are active AFTER the fall of Saddam.

18. What a Moran
First of all, Iraq is not free, they are occupied, thats like the opposite of freedom. Second the mass graves were mostly filled while we were strong allies of Saddam. To say that what we didn't object to THEN, even enough to break relations, is an EXCUSE, its too obscene to call it a reason, doesn't pass the laugh test. Bush ABSOLUTELY LIED. This is indisputable, only those as averse to the truth as a vampire is to sunlight and holy water can still claim Bush didn't lie. He made up a 1998 IAEA report that never existed. On Sept 7 02, he claimed that this spurious report which he pulled directly out of his ASS, said that Iraq was six months away from a nuclear weapon, the polar opposite of their actual position in 98.

As to this: President Bush has proven to be a good, honest, compassionate man << It evokes spontaneous and hysterical laughter.

If that is not enough the claim that Fox propaganda channel is actually fair and balanced is all we need to hear to know that this person resides on Planet Wingnut, a Planet whose atmosphere simply doesn't allow for the penetration of reality.
