Republicans hate incompetence and the Bush* Cabal has been nothing but.

1. Agreed. It's all about the failed policies of the republican party.
They are not suited to lead, cannot be trusted with the best interests of our country. Thay are, plain and simply, incompetent.

3. incompetent sells better
You try and sell 'evil' to an average american and they'll laugh it off. Sell incompetent and they might listen.
