Hypothetical: Another terrorism attack on USA soil..... |
|
Let's say, for argument's sake, that the attack could not immediately be attributed to Bushco. Do you think, until we found out that it was Bushco inspired, that * could spin it to his favor and smear his opponents ?

I'm hypothesizing that he blames the Left and his opponents for "weakening America" and lies, etc. to pin the blame on us.

it's ChimpCo without a doubt. we have to watch carefully and hold the reporters feet to the fire. Inquire right away into the dealings of the CIA, FBI and psyOps

5. I think it depends on which part of the USA |
|
got hit. I would like to pretend that isn't true, but it is. Most blue states wouldn't believe a damn thing this Federal Govt said.

That is all they do, spin and smear. And if even they MIHOP a tragedy, 95% of Americans cannot and would not ever let themselves think that idea. It is just beyond their ability to grasp the concept that their government could be that evil.

9. Yes, another attack...That's what I would hope for if I was them... |
|
Or, even better, a "foiled" attack....preferably in the heartland. "See ? I AM protecting America".
My media dogs would run it 24/7.
Once that scenario was in place, I would:
Declare a state of Emergency - Patriot Act 2, 3, 4. produce "evidence" that the attack was set up by Iran. Attack Iran immediately, before cooler heads can weigh in. "Reluctantly" institute a draft, as we need to expand our resources to meet this new threat. Blame the internet as a terrorist tool and take control of it.
Suspend term limits,as "the constitution was never designed to apply to such an emergency"
Quietly move against ALL who oppose me. "Cindy Sheehan ? Why lookie here ! Her bank account shows she's been funded by terrorist front organizations".

I've always been good at getting into an opponent's head, although in the BushCo case all the "Looney Juice" in there is annoying :)
Taking stock of an opponent to anticipate his moves is a skill that has been sadly neglected by the Dems, IMHO.....
