2. When Gore and all the congressional Dems rolled over in 2000, |
|
I think that's what they were thinking: "How bad could 4 years of this guy with no policy, no agenda and no vision be? It will be big long nothing."
:(

15. That's what they get for thinking. |

I was thinking how bad would it get. I must admit, they've blown past my worst expectations.

22. Humble attitude? Are we speaking of the same guy? |
|
I never noticed that! Did he have a humble attitude on Dec 18th,2000 when he stood on stage with the leaders of Congress and said he might have to twist some arms and knock some heads to get his policies passed and then said that it would be easier if this were a dictatorship so long as he was the Dictator? That's humble? :wow: This little pissant has always been arrogant!

he can start. He's closing the army bases around USA, they don't bother to say that they're opening up some in Iraq though.

And he's like a rabid animal. What fresh hell is he going to break loose as that corner he is getting increasingly backed into gets smaller and smaller.

no decent paying jobs, no way to pay for college, no affordable housing, no clean water, no clean air, no icebergs, no end to being the laughing stock of the world, no peace. I'm sure there's more.

23. This is why I hold Kerry in contempt -- and I can't help myself |
|
I really want to think of Kerry as a leader -- but I just get angry whenever I get an email about one of his projects.
I don't want to feel this way -- but the fact is the Kerry refused to fight -- refused to stay in until every god-damned last vote was counted -- and he also didn't fight as soon as the Swift boat liars started their (Rove) smear.
If we think of the VERY worst choices that the bushie gang can make at each decision "tree" -- and follow the choices to logical conclusions then we'd can make a guess that things will be nearly unrecognizable in three years.
The only hope is that the few remaining real Republicans will see that their future well being is tied to bushie --- and they will be toast if and when the Americans really wake up. IF the Republicans can stage a rebellion to take back their party -- then we have a chance.
I hold NO hope for the Dem leadership to find their backbones -- we have a few brave dems -- but too many are willing to vote with the Neocons.

26. Do you people really believe he's going to give up power? |
|
I don't. I really believe the United States of America is history, we've had our best day. Either we'll be destroyed in a nuclear/biologic Holocaust or we'll be suffering through the oppression of the majority by the minority before all is said and done.
There's way too much at stake for these idiots to just roll over and give up what they worked so hard and so criminally to obtain.
