Bethesda is the Navy's. Instead of spending 3-500 million to being WRMC to modern specs, they are moving it to Bethesda and Ft. Belvoir in Virginia. Everyone who knows anything about it thinks it's a good move, actually.

misery of generations of broken soldiers, I don't know. But, I have seen hospitals made over into apartments and hotels before and they seem to thrive. :shrug:

Walter Reed isn't exactly having a shortage of patients.
If they are making things more comfortable for the patience then good, I just don't want our wounded to be short-changed (not that they haven't already BIG TIME,but I wish them no further insult).

Most of Walter Reed's work would be relocated to a more modern, expanded hospital in Bethesda, Maryland, that will be renamed Walter Reed in a nod to the old facility's heritage.

|
medical building? when i go to a medical facility i like them new and shiny with the latest designs and equipment. most important is that the staff has the most modern facility to work in.
