Pat Robertson may have just saved Chavez's life
I believe the CIA has/had plans to "take out" Chavez. Maybe now becuase of Old senile Pat, they may give-up their plan, or at least postpone it.

2. good point, but
he's put the meme out there... now all the rest of the talking heads can condemn Pat while still slandering Chavez

"Yes, Chavez is an evil brutal dictator that should be dealt with, but Pat's comments were out of line"

that sort of thing

the bastard

4. Well, I was thinking a long

those same thoughts last night and today.

By popping off and getting it out in the open ..patwah has made the actual doing it..a little trickier.

Chavez has been talking about the bushwa wanting to assassinate him before and what is in place in case they succeed. Now it's all out on the table thanks to the patwah.

5. The plan will only be modified
Now they need to be more careful at making look like it was someone else, such as a drug cartel.

6. Why does it make a difference?
Even if Uncle Pat hadn't said anything and Chavez were to have an "accident", the CIA would be the prime suspect.

7. Yes they would have been
but now , more scrutiny will be given to them. Might just make 'em re-think.

8. I've been thinking about these things too.
Apparently, our tax dollars contributed to the last coup attempt
Just makes me ill.

I wondered whether or not Pat slipped and began talking about something some Rethuglican had told him at a 'Council for National Policy' meeting, or in some briefing in D.C. Rethuglican government officials meet more with the Religious Right than they do with anyone else.
