17. Charisma w/o bullshit...Hackett for President in '08.
If he'll run. Zero baggage (I think, maybe, what kind of attorney was he?). He has as much going for him as Clinton did - in some ways more. Smart, articulate, handsome, easy demeanor, and - oh yeah - a marine who fought in Iraq.

Howard Dean...call this man NOW and get him on board.

10. Wow -no equal time RW'er to rebut while yelling inane talking
points...the other guy, Robert Merry (book - Sand of Empire) also says that nobody in the Middle East supports us (well, except for Israel, because we support them - my own comment).

Can this actually be about the truth...without some trash-talking blonde chick or some guy with a republican haircut to spew lies?!!!

This is good!

Merry says (re: Bush) "he seems to think that he keeps repeating the litany, he'll sound Churchillian". Yesss!

14. Wow again...
Paul and Robert both agree that this war wasn't worth it and that it is now a free-for-all of sectarian violence and jockeying for position to see who gets power at the end of the day, and we can't really help - whether we leave today or in a few years.

Tweety actually asked the right questions and gave them space to answer.

A truly intelligent discussion (that wasn't on PBS), what is happening here?!!!! Has the worm turned?
