Everyone seems to be laser focused on the lawyers halting the sharing with the FBI, but, big deal I say.

Before you get there, hear me out.

These are military intel types. They made a finding and thought to share it out to the FBI. The lawyer said no, so what then? Did they percolate the issue up the Chain of Command?

They should have. A reasonable soldier would have. This *should have* percolated right up all the way to the JCS and thus, the cabinet and the NSA's desk.

So the question I have i show far did it perc.?
