Four Star General Fired For Organizing Coup Against Neo-Cons?
The head of Fort Monroe's Training and Doctrine Command, four star general Kevin P. Byrnes, was fired last Tuesday apparently for sexual misconduct according to official sources.

Other sources however have offered a different explanation for Byrnes' dismissal which ties in with the Bush administration's unpopular plan to attack Iran and the staged nuclear attack in the US which would provide the pretext to do so.

According to reporter Greg Szymanski, anonymous military sources said that Brynes was the leader of a faction that was preparing to instigate a coup against the neo-con hawks in an attempt to prevent further global conflict.

Indications are that, much like popular opinion amongst the general public, half the military oppose the neo-con's agenda and half support it.

"Speculation exists that he had potentially discovered the fact that it was gonna go live and that he was trying to put a stop to it or also speculation indicates that he may be part of a military coup designed to prevent the ridiculous idea of doing a nuclear war with Iran, " said Lehrman.

Lehrman said that other sources had told him all army leave had been cancelled from September 7th onwards, opening the possibility for war to be declared within that time frame.

1. Do you have a link?
What is your source for this story.

Sounds juicy, but how credible is it?

3. This is the same guy that wrote the "Bush Indicted" story, right?
Hey, don't get me wrong, I'm very open minded about this sorta stuff, but I'm taking this with a grain of salt (maybe several -- I like salt) until I hear some confirmation from another source.

7. There's something very fishy about his firing.
The "reason" is about as flimsy as can be imagined. Consensual sex with a woman NOT under his command, and he was already separated from his own wife. His military record seemed to be excellent, and he was scheduled for retirement fairly soon. Moreover, there didn't seem to be any investigative 'heat' on BushCo regarding "immorality" in the high command. I lost track of the number of high ranking military who were run out of the service for not toeing the PNAC line, particularly concerning Operation Iraqi Liberation (OIL).

However without hard and RELIABLE evidence of a coup, or even a well organized opposition faction .... I'll keep my eyes open on this, but I AIN'T buying.

8. This still remains a rumor. There has been no one with more
proof about this. Just wishful thinking so far.

9. If it's Szymanski, it's rubbish.

He's the idiot who claims that a *Chicago* grand jury and special prosecutor Fitzgerald are issuing indictments against Chimpster. Although Fitzgerald is from Chicago, he is a U.S. Attorney at the DOJ in DC where the grand jury is also convened. This guy is poison.

11. Locking
Although the link was not included, this is another Greg Szymanski article -- and neither Prisonplanet nor this person are reliable mainstream media sources. Quite literally, Szymanski seems to make stuff up and pass it off as journalism.

Please don't post stuff from them in the future, as it's almost sure to be either removed or locked.
