the guy that called himself the homeless Vet in Charleston SC?
He said he needed someone from 'Demo Underground' to call him so he could tell what was going down, couldn't talk about it on the air, etc.

i don't think Big Ed took his number...

i was listening, but not completely, he was talking about being the independent voter that both parties wanted, etc.
Then went to needing to talk to someone here at Demo-underground (his words). I thought he wanted to offer his number.

i was in my kitchen, listening, the speakers point into the living room, so while i can hear *most of the conversation, i do miss some.
I heard 'demo underground' and perked up, and then walked over to listen more closely. I didn't catch all of his conversation, just what i listed above.

what's this about the lawsuit/freepers, etc. Does it tie to this guy?

13. 1. The guy who mentioned DU was an "independent"

wanted DU to contact him to convince him why he should vote for Dems.

2. Guy whose life was turned upside-down due to Fox News reporting that a terrorist involved in the 7/7 bombings lived at his address. (three years ago, maybe!). GAVE OUT THE ADDRESS ON NATIONWIDE FAUX TV. The guy mentioned that directions to his house and pictures were posted on a "right wing website, Freedom Republic or something like that", along with the mention that the house "needed a paint job". (Hmm, a "paint job" - is that the new code word for "attack"?)

thanks for that explanation ... like i said, i only heard some of his request to be contacted, and it sounded like he wanted to give info, not in need of it.

as to the other part, i didn't realize he was referring to that story even though Ed had been talking about it.

'homeless vet' was what caught my ear. Independent (in need to be convinced by both sides, etc) was when i probably tuned him out, like one would need more info at this point.

demo-underground grabbed my attention again...
