Anybody been watching the new show on Fox "overthere"?
I have watched every episode so far & as far as I can tell it is well balanced so far on what they have shown. Any comments?

4.  I agree to an extant
War is messy and there is no right or wrong--- only what keeps you alive. The "folks at home" cannot understand the things that you go Thur and the things that you may do to get to the next day. They don't show the true horror of War. You cannot do it on TV.
I had several Uncles fought in WW2 and they did what soldiers have done since the beginning of time-- they KILLED. Some fought in Europe and some fought in the south Pacific.They ALL would talk (at times) about the carnage and waste of the war.
ALL of them were Alcoholics . They brought it home with them.

Seems honest. I don't normally watch any war flicks or shows, but this was also in its own way, tries to educated us on how screwed up war really is.

6. I think it's pretty anti-war
kinda like Hamburger Hill movie. Who would glorify this horror? It makes me cringe to watch. Shows a lot of the personal horror of war. Couldn't possibly help *'s cause.
