Why do Americans think we have the right to steal other countries stuff?

The nice lady who was with us protesting in support of Cindy got hooked into a conversation with a freeper who said "we need the oil" (basically that was his argument)

My mommy taught me it IS NOT OKAY TO KILL PEOPLE AND STEAL THEIR STUFF!
Did these people's mommy's teach them it was OK?
