Try CNN for video. They only showed part of the speech on video.

edit: BBC is video and audio.

21. White House transcript here
http://www.whitehouse.gov/news/releases/2005/08/20050828-1.html

Hurricane Katrina is now designated a category five hurricane. We cannot stress enough the danger this hurricane poses to Gulf Coast communities. I urge all citizens to put their own safety and the safety of their families first by moving to safe ground. Please listen carefully to instructions provided by state and local officials.

On another matter, today Iraqi political leaders completed the process for drafting a permanent constitution.

By the way, did you know I got to ride bicycles with Lance Armstrong? He doesn't have any nuts, you know. He's really famous for riding the bicycle, although I don't understand why -- I ride mine all the time!

Somebody told me there were a lot of malcontents outside the ranch who are trying to ruin my vacation. I have but one response to them: "9-11! 9-11! 9-11!"

O.k., gotta go and pretend to cut brush now.

13. 2 minutes on Katrina, the rest on what a triumph, what a triumph!
with a 5 second mention at the very end of "some" Sunny displeasure but not to worry, not to worry! The beautiful tomorrow for Iraq is all but assured and around the corner, while these awful terrorists kill women and children, imagine that! but won't stop the inevitability of freedom spreading.

Stalin would envy that kind of blatant disrespect for reality and truth in service of propaganda!

16. Does anyone really think Dubya gives a damn about the American people?
He's so singularly obsessed with Iraq and so pissed off that the American people are fed up with him that all he cares about is some "proof" that the mofo disaster in Iraq is some kind of success for democracy. He doesn't give a rat's ass how many of our sons and daughters die in Iraq and is probably seething that the impending disaster in NO is distracting anyone from his Iraq crusade. The man is a meglomaniacal, petulant sociopath.

he reveals how inhumane he really is.

17. "And now on another matter.."
when he said that, I almost fell out of my chair. Like he could flip a switch - give some obligatory hurricane statements and then turn to Iraq.

His speech was not one of a reassuring leader.

20. I didn't think it was possible.
I actually hate that illiterate, sub-sentient semi-moron even more than I used to. I was born and raised in the NO metro area. I have an uncle who's stuck in the Superdome right now because he couldn't get out. This is the most callous thing I've heard a government figure say since Marie Antoinette said "Let them eat cake." Oh how I want to see this fantasy camp president burn in 10,000 hells!
