he is getting some interesting local color from the French Quarter. While interviewing people who are partying on Bourbon Street (yes, I said partying) he went up to a guy walking two dogs and asked something like: "What are you doing walking your dogs when the hurricane is coming?"

To which the guy replied: "None of your fucking business."

Smith said something about this being broadcast around the world, but we were too busy laughing to take note of his further comments . . .
