2. expected 20 ft of water in NO, ....
no windows above 20 ft in Dome.

3. i heard on the news that they are preparing for 10-20 ft of water...
in the dome.

one thing i have not heard mentioned is that after the flooding starts, and because NO is below sea level, THE SEWER LINES IN THE DOME WILL STOP WORKING! What are all those people going to do with no facilities?

8. At least they know it will not wash away. All that concrete should be
fine. I'd take my kids there. Though I think after three days..it might be hell as tempers flare.

Dome is better than flat I should think.
