I would say that the foam component of the roof (which appears to be what is being damaged and/or blown off) is NOT STRUCTURAL.
The underlying steel superstructure looks very solid and will have much less windage if/when the foam is removed.
I wouldn't want to get hit with a fast-moving chunk of that SPF foam however.....

They are arguing what has blown off the roof. Brian Williams is such a brave individual, sitting in the SD when he could be out in the wind and rain with the rest of the brave reporters out there. The media circus will not proceed
