3. Thank you
I have more of Cindy on stage, but it took forever on dialup to load those, so that's all I'm putting up tonight.

8. It was truly moving
I would have cried more than once if my body would have spared the tears. Hydration was critical!

6. What an experience!
I never wanted to be part of a history changing
event. I never thought I would have to.

We were there!

It's far from over, and we must never rest again!
But, we were there!

7. I won't be able to go to DC
Crawford was a four hour drive for me, and there was no way that I was going to miss it. I would have been there sooner, but it just wasn't possible.

10. I know how it was for me when I couldn't get there
Dial-up or not, I had to load the big threads to see what I was missing. I could only make it up for that one day, but I will never forget it.

17. No, I left my house at 6 AM and got home at 11 PM
We got to Crawford and found that we had to go back seven miles to MacGregor to park at the Westin Inn. We were shuttled to Camp Casey 2 from there. About ten minutes or so after we got there, Cindy was on stage. We spent most of the day there, until my friend's son overheated. He had been taking water and food out to the people on the line, picking up trash, and passing the donation bucket. Poor guy forget that he needed water too. He was OK, but we decided it was time to go.

20. Saturday was a great day!
I was with PMW on Saturday. It was an amazing day. I brought my kids and it was their first political event. I still cannot get over the level of cooperation and kindness among everyone but especially the volunteers. My children even jumped in and helped distribute water and food all day. It was an amazing experience to be surrounded by hundreds of people who are there for the same reason I was. :grouphug:
